community service was easy. we spent the majority of our time slacking around, waiting and etc. the actual duty was like an hour only? cool huh?
saw her at the dinner, if it wasnt for jov.
a group of us - a big group actually, fourteen - went to west coast cc to do some public involvement in their event. our job, to distribute food to the pple who have coupons. simple, but complicating at the same time.
he alerted me when he saw her.
the numbers we're dealing with were 1300 or so, ants invasion. we saw the ugly side of us, singaporeans. kiasuism and impatience were rampant. everybody was rushing for the food. and in some worse case, made up stupid excuses to get more food, well this applies to some aunties.
but the feeling was diff, it jus aint the same as before.
but nonetheless, our community service hours was recorded as 7hrs despite the actual 1hr. fantastic.
i guess i see the bigger picture now..
oh yes, the 88th anni dinner last wk was alrite. food wasnt fabulous. the whole thing wasnt amazing. but the great thing was to be able to catch up with ur classmates rite? of cuz, it wasnt jus dinner. aft dat, some of us went pool-ing. sweet, i would say. n we pooled till late, n cabbed home. i guess i shld cut down on my contribution to the taxi industry alrdy. hahaha
its about time i move on..
